We’re back. Entry opens July 1

Guess who’s back? Back again? Bass Coast’s back! Tell a friend…. Guess who’s back, guess who’s back, guess who’s back, guess who’s back…. Just as catchy as Eminem’s new song, so is the Bass Coast Cycle Challenge! It’s the ride with the vibe that keeps people coming back for more.

It may be (very) chilly now, but on 9 November 2024, it’ll be perfect riding weather to explore the Bass Coast by bike. With four ride distances, there is a ride for everyone, no matter what age or ability: 121km, 85km, 53km, 40km, 100km gravel.

If you’re keen to challenge yourself and help improve road safety at the same time, register from 1 July, and you’ll be all set. Early bird rates will be live until mid August. Don’t miss out on the best rate possible. Early bird entries receive a great discount and also go in the draw to win a free ride entry and a BCCC riding kit worth over $250, including a helmet and jersey.

We know the hip pocket has had a tough year, and we’ve reduced our entry fee across all rides. The reduced fee doesn’t include a jersey, but there is an option to add that on for a crazy cheap price! And what a cool jersey it is!

“As a charity and volunteer run event,  this truly is a really special ride, for a really important cause. Since 2010, the BCCC has enabled over 3000 students from Bass Coast and South Gippsland secondary schools to take part the game-changing RYDA program, educating young drivers, passengers and cyclists, making our roads a safer place for all.” Said event founder Gavin Slavin.

“We look forward to welcoming past and new riders this November.”

Registrations open on 1 July 2024 via www.basscoastcyclechallenge.com.
